Cancel your subscription
Your subscription will be cancelled, with access until the end of the month you paid for.
You can cancel at any time from your account page. There's no notice period.
Steps
- Go to your account page.
- Choose Manage billing. Stripe's billing page opens.
- Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
- You come back to your account page, which shows the date your access ends.
What happens next
- Access continues to the end of the month you paid for. You can trade and change rules as usual until then.
- No further charges. Nothing is taken after you cancel.
- Your data stays. Rules, journal and history are kept, so you can pick up where you left off if you subscribe again.
- Your exchange is unaffected. Positions, orders and funds are at your exchange and stay there.
Changed your mind
Before the end date, open Manage billing again and renew the subscription. After it, choose Subscribe on your account page.
Cancel and delete
Cancelling keeps your account. To remove the account and everything in it, see Delete your account. Deleting also cancels the subscription.
